What is your maximum guest capacity?
SavviRei Events can comfortably accommodate up to 99 people, making it an ideal venue for intimate to mid-sized gatherings.
Are outside food and beverages allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own outside food and beverages. Please note that cooking is not allowed on-site. We do provide a convenient kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and ample counter space for your use.
What are your restroom and facility accommodations?
Our venue includes accessible ADA-compliant restrooms for the comfort and convenience of all your guests, ensuring accessibility for everyone.
Can we have a DJ or live music at our event?
Absolutely! DJs and live music are both permitted at SavviRei Events to set the perfect ambiance. We also provide an amplified Bluetooth speaker and a flat-screen TV for your audio-visual needs.
Are there any event restrictions or prohibited items?
To ensure the safety and preservation of our beautiful venue, we do not allow open flames, smoking, confetti or glitter, pets, tape/glue or permanent wall hangings, or firearms on the premises.
Is cleanup required after the event?
Yes, cleanup is required at the conclusion of each event. We kindly ask that the space be returned to its original condition.
Do you offer any additional services or vendor recommendations?
While you are welcome to bring your own vendors, we also partner with a selection of trusted local vendors for additional services such as catering, desserts, drinks, and photography, should you need assistance in planning your event.
